Who we are

Vamos Vending Ltd is the data controller for this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17407653, at Azzurri House, Walsall Business Park, Aldridge, Walsall, West Midlands, WS9 0RB. Reach us at contact@vamosvending.co.uk.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site. That means your name, work email, phone number, venue name, town and anything you write in a message box. On the calculator we also keep your court booking count and whether your courts are indoor or outdoor, so the estimate we send back matches the one you saw.

If analytics is switched on, our analytics provider records pages viewed and general location at city level. That data is not tied to your name.

---

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, arrange a consultation and send the workings behind a calculator estimate. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: you contacted a supplier about a commercial arrangement and expect a reply. We do not sell data, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to a list you did not ask for.

---

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted after 24 months. Where a venue becomes a customer, we keep contact details for as long as the agreement runs, plus the six years HMRC requires for records.

---

Who else sees it

Our email and hosting providers, as processors, because the message has to live somewhere. If you book through a scheduling tool, that provider handles the booking. Nobody else.

---

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we turn analytics on we will say so here first, and it will be configured without cross-site tracking.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@vamosvending.co.uk and we will deal with it within one month. If we get it wrong you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
